Nordic Walking is a low-impact exercise that enhances the benefits of traditional walking by incorporating specially designed poles. It engages the entire body, improving balance, strength, and cardiovascular fitness.
Aimed at complete beginners, this in-depth 2hr session will teach you the fundamentals of the Nordic Walking technique, setting you up to then enjoy Nordic walks on your own or with a group (of which there are several across Ayrshire). The intensity of the session will be adapted to individual needs / abilities.
All equipment provided.
Courses run monthly (mixture of weekend and weekday dates available) and take place in the Kilmarnock area.

Voucher will be emailed to you within 48 hrs of purchase. Each voucher has a unique code which can be used at a later date to book any Fundamentals of Nordic Walking Technique session. Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
