Description
Nordic Walking is a low-impact exercise that enhances the benefits of traditional walking by incorporating specially designed poles. It engages the entire body, improving balance, strength, and cardiovascular fitness.
Aimed at complete beginners, this 2 hour workshop will teach you the basics of the Nordic Walking technique, setting you up to then enjoy Nordic walks on your own or with a group (of which there are several across Ayrshire).
All equipment provided.
Courses run monthly (mix of weekend and week day options) in the Kilmarnock area.
